Our range of beds and bedroom furniture is extensive and we hope you'll find using our website quick and convenient. You can be assured that you shopping experience will be safe as your privacy and security is extremely important to us.

Navigation Bar:
This is found at the top of each page underneath our logo, it provides easy access to the home page, customer service, product guide and contact information.
Home Page Link:
This can be found at the beginning of the navigation bar, you can always return to the home page by clicking on this link. Our homepage features our ideal bed finder as well as all of our product collections.
Search:
The search box is always on the left hand side of the screen underneath the navigation bar. You can use any key word to search our site. Our index on the left hand side of your screen allows you to select from categories that we have defined. Once you have selected a category you will be given the option to select the size options available for that catagory.
Shopping Basket:
The `basket' is always present in the top right hand of each page. The number and value of the items selected is stated. By clicking `view basket' you can view and amend the details or your basket at any time.
SEARCHING FOR THE PERFECT ITEM
Our search engine works by checking your search term against all the product titles currently on our site. It will list all the products which match your query.

Payment Options:
We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you would like to find out more about making payments please call us on 01455 846017.
You can send your credit card information via our online automated ordering system, or by phone, fax or post. If you have concerns over the security aspects of placing an order online, we have provided detailed security information available by selecting 'Security' at the bottom of the page.
Placing Your Order:
Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the `VIEW CART' link at the top right of your screen.
• Once you are happy with the content of your shopping basket, select the `proceed to payment' button.
• You will be asked to complete your payment and delivery information.
• Once you have selected the `process payment' button an online receipt will be generated.
• You will also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You may order with us online, by telephone or by email.
Online Option
Having viewed our online catalogue, click on the product that is of interest to you by clicking on “Add to Cart”. All the relevant information should be available here ie: price, size quantity, colour etc.
The content of your shopping basket will be available on this page and you will be given the option to continue shopping and add more items or, proceed to secure payment.
Personal information will be required and when the payment is accepted an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via email.

If you prefer to telephone us with your order, call 01455 846017. Keep all the necessary product information at hand and we will process your order and payment quickly and efficiently.
